The third volume of the series Acarorum Catalogus is focused on the orders Opilioacarida and Holothyrida and on nine families of Mesostigmata (Parasitiformes) of the world. Herein are listed 422 species, with synonymies and citations in the bibliography. Acarorum Catalogus, Volume 3 also contains a list of by-country distributions and a list of authors who published on any known species from these groups. Other lists include hosts of these species and other information. The volume follows the pattern of the first two volumes and will be followed further in this series.
