Making an inventory of biological resources and assessing their conservation status and economic potential is a fundamental step towards conserving biodiversity. IUCN Nepal has been encouraging local professionals and scientists to make contributions. In the process of building up a database on biodiversity, an inventory of Nepal's insects has been prepared. This volume covers 536 species belonging to 17 orders from the Protura-Odanata family.
