Bird Holding Bag

Designed for holding smaller (e.g. finch) and medium (e.g. thrush) sized passerines and waders during ringing operations, these lightweight, breathable cotton bags have a specially designed dual-pull drawstring system to help closing. The bags are sewn with double seams so that there is no chance of birds getting their feet caught whilst held. The bag depth has also been carefully calculated to aid in the safe and efficient removal of birds. 

These bags are also highly suitable for holding bats and other small mammals. 

Bags are available in two sizes. Small bags measure 198 x 340mm and large bags measure 295 x 340mm.
