Biography

Jayaditya Purkayastha has been working in the field of conservation and research in Assam for a decade. he has published more than 30 scientific artiles and scores of popular articles. He is also the founder secretary of Help Earth (NGO). His areas of research are systematic zoology, ecology, and conservation biology. The last book he wrote was An Amateur's Guide to Reptiles of Assam, published in 2013.
