Nature Uganda
Thirty sites have been identified as IBA's in Uganda, covering roughly 7% of the country. Ten sites are National Parks, seven are Forest Reserves and three are Wildlife Reserves, the rest have no formal protection status. Detailed information is provided on each site, including location, altitude, status, description, key birds, other wildife and conservation issues. Wherever possible, references for further reading are provided.
