Published by China Ornithological Society, the China Bird Report 2003 is the first annual report for the whole of mainland China. It presents 857 species, accounting for around 65% of the national list, and one new species to China. It also highlights 32 Red-listed species for conservation concern. Furthermore, information of channel and format of records submission for birdwatchers is also provided.
