This book is designed to give an overview of the main sign you are likely to find for each species, or taxonomic group. All text is written in both Mongolian and English. On each of the following pages you will see a picture of the animal, and also a picture of its tracks, scat and skull. As it is relatively rare to see the animal itself, these three things are among the most obvious kinds of sign, indicating an animal has been in the area. In the last section of the book there is a more detailed section about other types of sign, such as feeding sign and burrows, and at the end there is a glossary, for some specialist terms in the text.
