The new edition of this bird guide by Dave Gosney keeps much of the original content but several of the original maps have been redrawn and there is a new 8-page supplement. In total there are 7 pages of new maps and 5 pages of new text including coverage of two new sites, Abassa and the southern Red Sea coast. The updates are based on information published elsewhere, making the new material in trip reports, books and articles easily accessible and clearly presented in one place.
