Biography

Andrew Palfreman is a senior lecturer at the University of Hulla s newly--established Institute of Food Health Quality, following a decade working with the Hull Institute of Food Health Quality, following a decade working with the Hull International Fisheries Institute. While working for the British Trawlera s Federation he helped set up two of the first English Fish Producera s Organisations and later he was the first English Fish Producera s Organisations and later he was the firs Chief Executive of the National Federation of Fishermana s Organisations. At Hull University he combines teaching with consultancy, a role which has take him to many countries.
