The flowering plants and ferns of the Bahama, Turks and Caicos Islands are incorporated in 659 genera and 144 families. There are 1,371 species and varietal taxa, of which about 9% are endemic to the islands. All of the indigenous genera, and those that are considered to be adventive are dealt with.
