This is the most detailed guide published to the flora of the Northern Caucasus and describes 1190 species of plants from 134 families. Some of the species are endemic, rare or endangered, others are at the basis of a variety of vegetation habitats. Attention is paid to ornamental plants that have already been introduced or could become introduced soon. For each species the book contains brief information on the morphology, growth conditions, time and duration of flowering and fruiting, and conditions for cultivation.     Too short plant descriptions (with many mistakes), most of the pictures are not clear and useless for identification. Absolutely inadequate price.
