The neotropical Cladoniaceae comprises 184 known species in four genera: Cladia, Cladina, Cladonia, and Pycnothelia. Twenty-nine new taxa and six new combinations are described. Many previously described taxa are reduced to synonymy. Keys are provided for the species.
