The Moraceae occurring in Ecuador are revised. Eighteen genera , 70 species, and sixteen subspecies are documented by Ecuadorean collections. Keys, descriptions, and specimen citations are provided for all taxa: 20 species are illustrated by line-drawings. Two species are described as new: Pseudolmedia Gentryi C.C. Berg and P. manabiensis C.C. Berg. Three new combinations are made: Perebea mollis subsp. lecithogalacta (R.E. Schultes) C.C. Berg, P. rubra (Trd siDC.
