This manual is designed to assist anyone who is responsible for designing, managing or actually conducting business training for women. It provides detailed guidelines for a full course of 29 sessions which can be used on their own or as components on the programmes, together with suggestions as to how the handouts, case studies and other exercises can be adapted to local circumstances. It also includes material on the special training needs of businesswomen, on recruitment and selection of participants and on how to evaluate the training.
