Heavy Duty 125W MV Robinson Moth Trap

Share |
#185092
NHBS Price: £429.99 | $673/€538 approx.

This Robinson moth trap is made of heavy duty materials and is designed for prolonged use. The trap features a thick heavy-duty plastic collar and robust base and cone. The collar is made from clear plastic so you will be able to see inside without having to take the collar off. The collar is removable so trap bases can be stacked inside each other for storage.

The trap comes with complete 240V mains electrics and Mercury Vapour bulb, offering the highest catch rates of all moth trap designs. The trap can be run from either a mains supply or generator. The base of the trap is made of thick black plastic and features a large soak away area at the base to drain any rainwater that may enter (no more wet egg cartons!). The base diameter is approx. 60cm, ensuring a large area for retained moths.

There is also a sturdy rain guard for the mercury vapour bulb and three flight interception baffles. The electrics come fully wired with a mains plug and 2 metres of cable leading to an IP56 waterproof box. The box houses the integrated choke and capacitor and there is 1 metre of output lead. This trap is ready to use - simply plug in and watch the moths come running...or rather flying!

If you're unsure which Robinson moth trap to choose or would like to know how to get the most from your trap then check out our Guide to Robinson Moth Traps.
