Gift Vouchers can be purchased online, or by phone, fax, email, or in writing.

If you wish to send these directly to someone as a gift, please inform customer services when ordering.

1. We are unable to give change or refunds where the sales transaction is for an amount less than the amount on the Gift Voucher, however, the balance may be applied to future purchases.

2. This card is not a cheque guarantee, debit or credit card.

3. NHBS cannot be held liable for lost, stolen or damaged Gift Vouchers. We will at our discretion re-issue lost or damaged Gift Vouchers.

Gift Vouchers can be spent on any order from NHBS. The Gift Voucher value will be applied to the total value of your order, including shipping cost.

If ordering online, enter your unique Gift Voucher Code in the comments box after the shopping basket. NHBS Customer Services will automatically deduct the correct amount from your order. If the order value exceeds the Gift Voucher, you will be charged for the excess amount.

If ordering by email, phone, fax or in writing, please quote your unique Gift Voucher Code.
