This superlight trap is designed for overseas travel and expedition use requiring hiking in to sampling sites. It also offers a very affordable introduction to moth trapping.

Made of lightweight, fine mesh supported by metal rods these highly portable traps fold flat for travel and storage. This set up includes actinic electrics for use with a 12V battery (not included) - some fine-tuning of the set-up will be required depending on how you intend to use this trap. This trap could also be run with mains or generator powered Mercury Vapour or Actinic electrics and bulbs.

This collapsible fabric trap has a body shaped for stability and good wind resistance and a collapsible central cone which is carefully shaped for efficient capture.

This set of moth trap electrics is for use with 12V batteries at field sites or on expedition. They are supplied with a IP56 waterproof control box, with compression flanges, 1m of input lead and 1m of output lead.

These electrics are suitable for use in a wide variety of other traps either vertically or horizontally (with a little modification in some cases).
