3. Volume-based discounting

We are able to offer discounts depending on the annual order volume and frequency of ordering. The discounts for each title may vary by publisher. We would be happy to set you up on our lower level discount on a trial basis for a year.

We can consolidate shipping your orders in one or two dispatches per month to save postage cost.
7. Title updates

The NHBS Monthly Catalogue lists hundreds of new and forthcoming titles catalogued in our subject areas. It is emailed on request free-of-charge, and previous monthly catalogues can be accessed as pdfs online.
9. Multi-currency invoicing

We invoice in UK £, US $, or Euro. We have bank accounts in all three currencies, to support our customers around the world. Please let us know your currency preference when placing your first order.

4. Research service

If you are looking for a book that’s not in our catalogue, let us know all the details and we will send you a quotation. NHBS work with thousands of specialist suppliers around the world - our dedicated research team will be able to track down the hard-to-find titles.
6. Easy ordering

Ordering books from NHBS couldn’t be easier: just use your preferred ordering system, and we will make it fit. We can accept orders online, by email, fax, post, EDI or phone.
8. Online account management

When you log-in to NHBS you’ll be able to view discounts for each title, check order status and view recent dispatches.
10. Standing orders

NHBS handle a large number of standing orders for libraries in botanical gardens and natural history museums. Placing a standing order means that NHBS will send each new volume in a monographic series as it is published.
