These mercury vapour bulbs are available as either 80W or 125W. The 80W are less bright, helping to minimise disturbance to neighbours, but will also
be less attractive. Both versions have a screw fitting for attachment to the bulb socket.
Mercury vapour (MV) bulbs run hot and so are at risk from shattering if they come into contact with rain. When using MV bulbs we recommend you use a rain guard or check the weather forecast!
