About this book

Language: French

This excellent pocket book will revive memories of the Warne 'Wayside and Woodland' series for older readers, but is in fact an English translation of a title first published in Danish. Numerous colour illustrations are arranged alongside the readable text. Arranged by animal group and where the animals are found, (e.g. whether inside fungi or wrapped in leaves). Other pertinent details (parasitism, camouflage, etc) are included where appropriate. A fine addition to the family natural history library.
