£1.2 million grant for red squirrels

CI calls for EU to stop 'importing deforestation'
Conservation International has called for EU leaders to step up efforts to commit to sustainable supply chains from developing countries. Between 1990 and 2008 emissions from EU countries reduced by 19.2%, but demand for agricultural land use beyond its borders contributed to a global surge.

Winning wildlife photography
The Zoological Society of London has released images of the winners of the ZSL Animal Photography Prize 2015. The Adult Judges’ Choice winner is a striking photograph of a lone grizzly bear on the shores of an Alaskan lake.
