Giles Sparrow is an avid follower of space exploration, he's written on space technology and the history of spaceflight for a wide range of books, including DK's Universe. He lives in London. Buzz Aldrin was one of the first human's to set food on the moon. Since retiring from NASA, he's become an advocate of an expanded programme of manned exploration.
