This book explores the Albien, a fossil bed in the Aube region of France dating back to the Cretaceous period. Beautiful photographic plates allow you to discover many fossil ammonites, nautilus, bivalves, gastropods, sea urchins, crustaceans and occasionally shark teeth and remains of reptiles.

Sur toute son épaisseur, soit environ 140 mètres, l'Albien est de nature sableuse, argileuse et marneuse (matière première idéale à la fabrication de tuiles et de briques). Avec ce livre unique en son genre, l'Albien n'aura plus de secrets pour vous.
