Biography

Ted Benton, author and photographer, has been an active field naturalist since childhood and is now a well-known writer on wildlife and ecology. His acclaimed images of butterflies and other insects in their habitats have been published in more than 20 books and many periodicals Tim Bernhard, who did the paintings, worked as a graphic designer for film and television and has illustrated a range of booklets and leaflets for various wildlife organizations and contributed the superb butterfly paintings for The Aurelian Fireside Companion, recently published by Paphia.
