Biography

THORSTEN MILSE is an internationally renowned nature and wildlife photographer. He has won several important prizes, such as the BBC Wildlife Photographer of the Year and the Grand Prize of the photography competition held by the US magazine 'Nature's Best'. He has already published the very popular 'Little Polar Bears' and the enchanting volume 'Growing Up Wild' with Bucher.

UTA HENSCHEL is a science writer, specialising in natural history and behaviour, since 1978. She has received many awards for her work, among them the nomination for the Henri Nannen-Prize. she is also the author of 'Growing Up Wild'.
