409 pages, Col photos, b/w photos, illus
Fascinating story, first published in 1972, of the efforts to retain Africa's wildlife heritage by a hugely influential figure. Kinloch was Chief Game Warden of Uganda, Tanzania and Malawi, but his greatest achievement was the founding of the College of African Wildlife Management. His particular fascination is for the African Elephant. This new edition features an updated foreword and preface and the addition of some maps.
