  • Description
In the present work the authors revise the ant genus Proceratium and propose its first, partially resolved, species level phylogeny including near all species, extinct and fossil. Only a recent Vietnamese species described from a single, presumably lost species is excluded from the analysis. Photographs obtained by merging together the sharpest parts of different individual photographs illustrate all fossil species. SEM micrographs are extensively used for the descriptions of Recent species.
