Series informationTHE CORRESPONDENCE OF CHARLES DARWINSeries Editors: F Burkhardt and S Smith
Cambridge University Press When complete, "The Correspondence of Charles Darwin" will comprise approximately 30 volumes. For the first time, it provides full, authoritative texts of Darwin's letters, edited according to modern principles and practice. Volumes already published form an important resource for students and scholars in the fields of history, history of science, literature, philosophy, sociology and the natural sciences. Footnotes and appendices explain references, identify people, and direct attention to related published work, making the letters accessible to anyone with an interest in Darwin's life and work. Forthcoming volumes in this series will be added to this page as soon as we
become aware of them.
