Guide to the flora of this island which is situated on Lake Huron in Canada. Contains an account of 1350 types of vascular plant, covering the distribution, abundance and phylogeny of each. Extensive taxonomic and nomenclatoral notes are included for many of the species which present particular problems in the region, and in several of the larger and more difficult groups keys are provided to facilitate identification. A full bibliography refers the reader to recent literature relating to each species.
