Wild bees play a hugely important role as pollinators and their continued survival is important for both our natural environments as well as for our gardens and agricultural areas. With the clearing and cultivation of much of our countryside these valuable insects face a loss of both food sources and suitable nesting sites.

The Bee Hut has been designed to provide lots of nooks and crannies in which bees and other insects can nest. It is a sturdily constructed box with a sloping roof that can be easily attached to a pole or fence in your garden. If placed in a produce garden or orchard then it can improve pollination of your flowers, fruit and vegetables.

Site in a sunny area which is protected from extreme wind and rain.
