About this book

Language: French with bilingual abstract in English and French

This second volume on the ecology and behaviour of North-east Gabon flycatchers is devoted to the Musicapinae, thirteen species of which live in the study area. The first part of this monograph deals with the socio-ecological characteristics of each species. It is very descriptive, but little had been reported so far on the biology of these flycatchers. The second part attempts to identify the socio-ecological patterns emerging from interspecific comparisons based on taxonomy, habitat selection and social structures.
