About this book

Based on the philosophy of the 3rd century Greek Epicurus, this is a celebration of the pleasures, beauty and fulfillment of a simple life. The overarching theme is the destructiveness of consumerism and how this affects a wide range of organisms and adds strain to the earth's systems.
