Biography
Erik Millstone is a Reader in Science Policy at the University of Sussex, UK. His books include Food Additives and Lead and Public Health. Tim Lang is Professor of Food Policy at City University, London, Chair of Sustain and consultant to the World Health Organization. Credited as coining the term 'food miles', he is co-author of The New Protectionism and Food Wars.
