Satyrinae part 2 covers the tribe Satyrini, genera Argestina, Boeberia, Callerebia, Eugrumia, Hemadara, Loxerebia, Paralasa, and Proterebia.
From the foreword:
"Rather than just reprinting Satyridae part II that was sold out, we have decided to produce a second edition in order to introduce new material and new findings, outcome of recent investigations on the subject. The higher classification of the butterflies is currently under a thorough revision and final conclusions have not been reached so far. Nevertheless this new edition takes into account some significant changes affecting the satyrid group. Pictures of specimens that were not available when the first edition was produced have been included such as recently collected specimens of Hemadara albiligata and of Paralasa afghana panjshira the female of of Loxerebia sylvicola gregory and the hitherto unknown female of Hemadara delavayi. Two recently described taxa: Argestina waltoni sangsangensis and Paralasa kusnezovi kolesnichenkoi have been included as well. The arrangement of some taxa in the Paralasa jordana complex has been changed taking into consideration the suggestions done by Churkin & Zhdanko (2001). The invalid genus name Grumia, introduced in the first edition, has been replaced with the new name Eugrumia proposed by the authors in a subsequent paper."
