About this book

Language: Swedish with English summary

A photographic flora of macroalgae occuring along the Swedish East coast. The colour photographs show habitats, habits and microscopic features of algae. The field work was carried out in intervals between 1994 and 2001; ten sites were visited, from the South-west corner of Skane to the northern limit at the Swedish-Finnish border. It is hoped that this flora will serve as a source of information and inspiration to conservationists, national and local government officers, university students, biologists and scuba divers.
