21 neotropical species of Amauroderma, 20 of Ganoderma, 1 of Haddowia, 1 of Aurificaria, 9 of Coltricia, 3 of Cyclomyces, 25 of Inonotus, 60 of Phellinus and 6 of Phylloporia are described and in parts illustrated. Keys to genera and species are provided.

The following species are described as new: Amauroderma deviatum Ryvarden, Amauroderma elegantissimum Ryvarden & Iturriaga, Ganoderma citriporum Ryvarden & Iturriaga, Ganoderma elegantum Ryvarden, Ganoderma guianensis Decock & Ryvarden, Phellinus luteus Ryvarden, Phellinus neonoxius Ryvarden, Phellinus semihispidus Ryvarden, and Phellinus turbinatus Ryvarden.

The following new combinations are proposed: Amauroderma brasilensis (Singer) Ryvarden, Amauroderma dubiopansum (Lloyd) Ryvarden and Phellinus detonsus (Fr.) Ryvarden.
