About this book

A visitors guide to 130 gardens of Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly, with a list of nurseries and garden centres.

'comprehensive coverage of gardens to visit in Cornwall ... features more than 130 gardens, with glorious images' (The English Garden, May 2006) 'a valuable counterweight to the idea that, once you have seen The Lost Gardens of Heligan and the Eden Project, there is little else to see in the county. ... describes the gardens' history and plants ... the photographs make each individual place look well worth visiting.' (Historic Gardens Foundation Newsletter, no. 21, May 2006) 'a visual treat... If you love visiting gardens, then this book is an absolute essential ... you are guaranteed to want to keep turning the pages ... will keep you occupied for hours planning your next garden excursions' (Cornwall Life, June/July 2006)
