About this book

The aim of the conference was to focus on practical issues and applied research for registered and aspiring organic farmers. It proved to be a unique conference in many ways - not least because it was the first meeting that BGS had held specifically devoted to organic farming, and also the first time the three organizations had collaborated so resulting in a better understanding and integration of ideas across the different sectors for land use and, indeed the whole food chain.
