The Helvellyn and Fairfield group forms a sustained high level north to south ridge division through Lakeland. The character of the range lends itself supremely well to fellwalking. The purpose of this guide is to show the walking routes on each fell. It is illustrated with Harvey maps, profile, panoramas, and, drawings and photographs.
