Biography

The Marine Mammal Center is a non-profit organization dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation and release of injured, sick and orphaned marine mammals. Originally founded by three volunteers, the Center is now a world-renowned research center with a volunteer work force comprised of over 800 individuals. Joe Quirk is the author of the novel The Ultimate Rush and It's Not You It's Biology: The Science of Love, Sex, and Relationships, both national bestsellers. He lives in Northern California.
