Mauro F. Guillen is a Dr. Felix Zandaman Endowed Professor of International Management, Professor of Management, and Professor of Sociology at the University of Pennsylvania. His research includes organizational theory, economic sociology, international management, international banking strategies, and emerging economies. Joao Neiva de Figueiredo is Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at the Erivan haub School of Business, Saint Joseph's University.
