eTrex 32x is a durable and waterproof GPS unit. It features an enhanced 65k colour sunlight-readable display with improved resolution (240 x 320p) for excellent readability in bright conditions. It comes preloaded with routable TOPOActive maps for Europe, which feature turn by turn navigation to help you explore with ease. It has a microSD card slot for loading additional maps and an 8GB internal memory for storing tracks and waypoints. It tracks both GPS and GLONASS satellites simultaneously making the time it takes for the receiver to ‘lock on’ to a position approximately 20 percent faster than when using GPS alone.
It has been designed to withstand extreme conditions. Featuring an impact resistant housing which is also waterproof for up to 30 minutes in water less than a meter deep.
A key feature of the eTrex 32x is its wireless component which allows for data to be wirelessly transferred to other compatible devices (including other Garmin products). It also has a 3-axis compass and a barometric altimeter which tracks changes in pressure, giving precise measures of altitude and assisting in monitoring weather conditions.
