Microbial Pathogenomics contains a unique collection of reviews demonstrating how genomics has revolutionized our understanding of virulence, host-adaptation strategies and the evolution of bacterial pathogens. Current technologies – computational tools and functional approaches to genome analysis – are carefully documented and clearly illustrated.
