Biography

Susan E. Jackson is Distinguished Professor of Human Resource Management, School of Management and Labor Relations, Rutgers University and Research Fellow, Lorange Institute of Business Zürich. Deniz S. Ones is the Hellervik Professor of Industrial Psychology and a Distinguished McKnight Professor at the University of Minnesota. Stephan Dilchert is Assistant Professor of Management at the Zicklin School of Business, Baruch College, City University of New York.
