Biography

Sherman A. Minton, Jr. (1919-1999), was a native of southern Indiana and attended Indiana University in Bloomington where he earned a degree in zoology. A longtime member of the Indiana University School of Medicine, he was an expert in the study of venomous reptiles and the toxicology of venom.
