About this book

Language: German

In Avifauna Kärntens, Volume 1: die Brutvögel all 157 breeding birds native to Carinthia are described and illustrated in detail. A seven-year nationwide register provides the reader with a current overview of the distribution, the existence or the protection status of our breeding birds. In addition the book includes a brief introduction to the geography and vegetation, history of ornithology in Carinthia, conservation opinions on the change in bird life as well as the current Red List.
