- general geographic distribution,
- location in Corsica (as indicated on a small scale map)
- possible use by man.

The species are described in the following order:
- Trees and shrubs (30 species),
- Shrubs, sub-shrubs and lianas (43 species),
- Herbaceous species (35 species),
- rocky shore species (11 species),
- species of sandy coastline (9 species).
