In part 22 the Ecuadorian members of Myricaceae are revised. One genus, Morella, with four species are treated. Key, descriptions, and specimen citations are given for all taxa. All species are illustrated. One new combination, Morella interrupta (Benth.) Lægaard, is proposed.

In part 23 the family Juglandaceae in Ecuador is revised. The only native species, Juglans neotropica, is described and illustrated.

In part 24 the family Salicaceae in Ecuador is revised. The only native species, Salix humboldtiana, is described and illustrated.

In part 25A the family Betulaceae in Ecuador is revised. The only taxon, Alnus acuminata ssp. acuminata, is described and illustrated.

In part 25B the Ecuadorian members of Casuarinaceae are revised. The genus Casuarina is represented by one confirmed species, C. cunninghamiana. The presence of the generally reported species, C. equisetifolia L., needs to be confirmed.

In part 26A the Ecuadorian members of Ulmaceae are revised. One genus, Ampelocera, with three species, and one genus, Phyllostylon, with one species that may occur in Ecuador, are treated. Keys, descriptions, and specimen citations are given for all taxa. Two species are illustrated.

Finally, in part 26B, the Ecuadorian members of Cannabaceae are revised. Four genera are treated, comprising altogether 8 species: Cannabis (1 sp.) is introduced, rarely cultivated and sometimes escaped, Celtis (4 spp.), Lozanella (1 sp.), and Trema (2 spp.). Keys, descriptions and specimen citations are given for all taxa. Six species are illustrated.
