The species of Siobla Cameron from Shaanxi, northwestern China are investigated. Seven new species are described: Siobla centralia Niu & Wei sp. nov., S. curvata Niu & Wei sp. nov., S. listoni Niu & Wei sp. nov., S. pseudoplesia Niu & Wei sp. nov., S. qinba Niu & Wei sp. nov., S. shaanxi Niu & Wei sp. nov., and S. vulgaria Niu & Wei sp. nov. A key to the 26 known species of Siobla from Shaanxi is provided.

2. A new species of Macrophya Dahlbom (Hymenoptera: Tenthredinidae) with a key to species of Macrophya planata group

The Macrophya planata species group is proposed and defined by a very flat mesoscutellum with sharp lateral carina and the dorsal side of some antennomeres white. A new species of the group from Tibet, China is described: Macrophya acutiscutellaris Wei, Li & Heng sp. nov. The new species is similar to M. pseudoplanata Saini et al.,1996, but differs from the latter in body length by 13.5 mm in females; the apical third of the hind tibia entirely black; the antenna are 2.5 times as long as the head breadth; the postocellar area is 1.6 times as broad as it is long; harpe weakly narrowed toward apex. A key to all known species of the Macrophya planata group is provided. Type specimens of this new species are deposited in the Insect Collection of the Central South University of Forestry and Technology, Changsha, Hunan, China.

3. A new species of Emphytopsis Wei & Nie (Hymenoptera: Tenthredinidae) with a key to world species of the genus

A new species of Emphytopsis Wei & Nie from Guangxi, China is described: E. maculoclypea Wei sp. nov. The new species resembles E. punctata Wei & Nie, 1998 and E. unimaculata Wei, 2011, but differs from them in the anterior of clypeus and posterior of hind orbit black; the upper corner of mesepisternum and the ventral side of middle and hind coxae with black spot; the postocellar area flat, not above temple; the lateral furrows very fine and weak; and the area below pore line in female lancet about 1.8 × as high as broad. A key to the known species of the genus is provided.

Macrophya jiangi Wei & Zhao, sp. nov. and M. shennongjiana Wei & Zhao, sp. nov. from Shennongjia, China are described and illustrated. They belong to the Macrophya sanguinolenta species group.

6. Two new species of Tenthredo (Hymenoptera: Tenthredinidae) from China with a key to Subflava species group

Tenthredo latidentella Wei & Zhao, sp. nov. and T. flatoscutellenia Wei & Niu, sp. nov. are described and figured from China. The species belong to the Subflava species group. A key to species of the Subflava species group is provided. The type specimens of the new species are kept in the Insect Collection of the Central South University of Forestry and Technology, Changsha, Hunan Province, China (CSCS).

7. A new species of the genus Corymbas known from china and a new synonym of Neocorymbas sinica Wei & Ouyang (Hymenoptera: Tenthredinidae)

Corymbas glabrifrons sp. nov., is described from China. A key to the known species of Corymbas from China is provided. Corymbas nigroyunanensis Haris & Roller, 1999 is confirmed to be a new synonym of Neocorymbas sinica Wei & Ouyang, 1997.

8. A new species of Macrophya Dahlbom (Hymenoptera: Tenthredinidae) from China

A new sawfly species of Macrophya from Beijing and Tianjin is described: M. maculipennis sp. nov. The new species can be easily recognized by the fore wing with a large and round smoky macula below a stigma. A key to known species of the Macrophya sibirica group from China is provided.

9. A new species of the genus Arge Schrank from China (Hymenoptera: Argidae) with a key to species of the Arge xanthogaster group from East Asia

Arge albocaudalica Wei,Yan & He, sp. nov. is described from China. This new species is similar to Arge xanthogaster (Cameron, 1876), but differs from the latter as follow: 1) abdomen black brown, the 8th-10th abdominal tergites and ovipositor sheath yellowish white; 2) petiole of hind anal cell distinctly shorter than cell M; 3) the two narrow middle incisions of sheath distinctly shorter than apical width of each lobe of sheath in dorsal view; 4) lancet with 14 serrulae, the 2nd to 8th annuli each with about 9 lobe-like large spines, length of the longest spine in the 2nd annulus about 3/4 breadth of the annulus, the length of the longest spine in the 8th annulus as long as breadth of the annulus. A key to known species of the Arge xanthogaster group from East Asia is provided.

10. A new species of Macrophya (Hymenoptera: Tenthredinidae) with a key to species of Coxalis group from China

11. Two new species of the Potanini group of Tenthredo L. from China (Hymenoptera: Tenthredinidae)

Tenthredo yingkehei sp. nov., Tenthredo danbanica sp. nov. are described from Henan and Sichuan Provinces, China. T. ruzickai is redescribed. Two new species of Tenthredinidae from China are described: Empria zhangi Wei & Yan, sp. nov. and Perineura xanthogaster Wei & He, sp. nov. The genus Perineura Hartig, 1837, as well as Empria (E.) rubicola Ermolenko, 1971, and E. (E.) itelmena Malaise, 1932, are firstly recorded from China.

The present paper deals with a new species of Tenthredinidae from Gansu, China: Amauronematus saliciphagus Wu sp. nov. The species feeds on species of Salix. The type specimens of the new species are respectively deposited in the Insect Collection of the Forest Disease and Pest Control & Quarantine Station of Qinzhou District, Gansu, China, and in the Insect Collection of the Central South University of Forestry and Technology, Changsha, Hunan, China.

14. Six New Species of Sawflies from Gansu and Qinghai Provinces of China (Hymenoptera: Tenthredinidae)

Three new Tenthredinidae species are reported from Gansu and three from Qinghai Provinces of China. Tenthredo (Tenthredo) sinotemula sp. nov., Tenthredo (Tenthredella) labrangensis sp. nov. and Tenthredo (Tenthredella) sinosimplex sp. nov. are described from Gansu, Tenthredo (Tenthredella) rolleri sp. nov., Tenthredo (Tenthredella) qinghaiensis sp. nov. and Tenthredo (Tenthredella) yunningsiensis sp. nov. from Qinghai Province.

17. A new genus of Allantini from China (Hymenoptera: Tenthredinidae: Allantinae)

A new genus, Shenia Wei, with a new species, Shenia rufocincta Wei & Nie, of the tribe Allantini, subfamily Allantinae, is described from China. The new genus is somewhat similar to Apethymorpha Wei but is different from the latter by the very flat clypeus and supraclypeal area, the shallowly incised clypeus, the small labrum, the malar space much wider than diameter of an ocellus, the supraantennal tubercles developed, the second antennal segment 2 × longer than broad, the cell Rs in the hind wing closed, the hind tibia much shorter than hind tarsus, and the hind basitarsus much shorter than following tarsomeres together.

18. On the genus Casipteryx Taeger (Hymenoptera, Tenthredinidae) with description of a new species from China

A new species of Casipteryx Taeger is described from Sichuan, China: Casipteryx maculatina sp. nov. The new species differs from the two known species of the genus in the supra-antennal tubercles, scape, pedicel, basal half of the third antennal segment, anterior half of clypeus, dorsal side of each mandible, tegulae and the third abdominal tergite reddish yellow, the forewing with a narrow infuscate cross band below stigma, cell 2Rs longer than 1R1 and 1Rs together, lateral furrows of postocellar area deep, flagellum longer than head breadth, the distance between eyes below as long as height of an eye, and the tergites of abdomen with distinct metallic bronze tinge. The generic characters of Casipteryx Taeger are redefined based on research on the three known species of the genus. A key to species of the genus is provided. The type specimen is deposited in Insect Collection of Central South Forestry University, Changsha, China.

19. A new species of the genus Macrophya Dahlbom from China (Hymenoptera: Tenthredinidae)

A new species, Macrophya acuminiclypeus sp. nov., is described from Fujian, Jiangxi and Hunan Provinces, China. It is similar to Macrophya ligustri Wei & Huang, but can be easily recognized from the latter by clypeus deeply incised with lateral lobes long and narrow, punctures on frons and mesepisternum large and dense, middle furrow of prescutum faint and nearly absent, the basal 1/4 of hind coxa pale yellow, the middle serrulae oblique and each with 10-11 subbasal teeth. Type specimens are deposited in the Insect Collection of the Central South Forestry University, Changsha, China.

20. Two new species of Selandriinae from China (Hymenoptera: Tenthredinidae)

Two new sawfly species of Selandriinae are described from China: Nesose landria zhangae Wei & Niu, sp. nov. and Neostromboceros liangae Wei, sp. nov. The research of the genera Nesoselandria Rohwer, 1910 and Neostromboceros Rohwer, 1912 is briefly reviewed. Type specimens of the new species are kept in the Insect Collection of the Central South University of Forestry and Technology, Changsha, Hunan Province, China.

22.. A new species of the genus Arge Schrank (Hymenoptera: Argidae) from China

Arge reversinervis sp. nov. is described from Liaoning Province of China. The new species belongs to rustica-metallica group of the genus Arge and is similar to Arge abelivora Okutani from Japan. Arge reversinervi differs from the latter species in the antenna strongly enlarged at subapical part, the abdomen and hind femur entirely black, the abdominal tergites distinctly microsculptured, the basal 4/5 of hind tibia white, each basitarsus pale brown, OOL∶POL∶OCL=18∶11∶8, the dorsal side of vein C in forewing largely dark brown, the vein R+M almost as long as the first part of vein Rs, the upper margin of cell 2Rs much shorter than the lower margin. The type specimens are deposited in the Insect Collection of the Central South University of Forestry and Technology, Changsha, Hunan Province, China.

The diagnosis of the genus Yushengliua Wei & Nie, 1999, as well as the difference between Yushengliua and Taxonemphytus Malaise, 1947, Linomorpha Malaise, 1947 and Stenemphytus Wei & Nie, 1999, are briefly discussed. Y. formosa sp. nov., is described from Sichuan, China. A key to the known species of Yushengliua is proposed. Type specimens of the new species are deposited in the Insect Collection of the Central South University of Forestry and Technology, Changsha, China.
