About this product

Language: French booklet and commentary

This novel CD, which includes a commentary, features recordings of 16 vocalisations emitted by fish living in the world's oceans, recorded by experts liaised with respectively the CNRS (the Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique) and the University of Liège. Sounds from amongst others clownfish, cod, and damselfish is included... This disc has two objectives: to discover the great number of fish that make sounds in a pleasant way, and to discover that these sounds have meanings specific to each species. This may be far from the melodious world of birds, but should fascinate all who are curious by nature.
